What's the difference between a "member" and a "collaborator"?

Each account type has access to every feature. They are restricted only by how many meeting rhythms they can be a part of:

• Members can access unlimited meeting rhythms. You can demote a member to a collaborator if they can only access a single meeting rhythm.
• A collaborator can only access a single meeting rhythm. You can promote a collaborator to a member at any time.

Can I create a team with one member and many collaborators?

Yes! If you have a team but you only need a single meeting rhythm (like for a weekly all-hands meeting) then you only need one paid member and everyone else can access Tadum for free as a collaborator. You can have unlimited collaborators.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, all new teams start on a free 14 day trial with full access to all of the Tadum features.

Do you offer any special pricing?

Yes, we offer one month free when paying for the year in advance. Upgrade your plan using the yearly billing cycle to automatically have this discount applied.

Do you offer discounts to non-profits?

Yes, we offer discounted pricing for some kinds of non-profit organizations, on a case by case basis. Please email us or start a live chat to discuss.

Is there a long-term contract?

No, Tadum has no contract lock-in. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit card payment via our secure online order form.
